Warren Robinson
Senior Consultant
Warren Robinson is a professional with 30 years of experience in sales, finance and real estate. Most recently, he helped a 20 million dollar tech company acquire new clients including: Johnson Controls , Nipon, Kenworth, and American Axle helping grow the company which later sold for over 200 million.
He began his career at an S&P 500, American Express, as a financial analyst where he designed and implemented a database to track seller performance. He also identified idle funds totaling $615,000, initiating their recovery and reinvestment. Later, Warren became co-owner of a title company where he managed day to day operations and conducted real estate transactions in English and Spanish with mortgage brokers, attorneys and realtors.
Warren earned a BA degree in International Relations at Brigham Young University and an MBA at Nova Southeastern University.

Juan Sierra
Senior Consultant
Juan brings over two decades of diverse experience in finance, operations, strategic sales, and technology solutions. He began his career in the banking sector at Barnet Banks, where he was eventually promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Trust and Investment Services. During his tenure, Juan oversaw all trust services, managed all the bank’s Series 7 brokers, and spearheaded the bank's expansion into Latin America that grew revenue over 20% per year.
Juan then transitioned to the role of Executive Vice President at CABS, where he his successfully raised capital for the bank and played a pivotal role in the bank's successful merger with a publicly traded company. There his contributions extended beyond the US as he facilitated the licensing of electronic payment processing for banks across Latin America and Israel. With a proven track record of navigating intricate financial landscapes, Juan advanced to senior leadership roles at eM1, eGateway, GBN, and SolutionStream, driving sales and pioneering the development of innovative mobile payment solutions and digital transformations.
Juan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University and is trilingual speaking English, Spanish, and French.

Reed Van Leuven
Senior Consultant
Reed is a dedicated broker and seasoned entrepreneur who has started eight businesses and acquired 35 businesses and properties. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from BYU – Idaho Majoring in Business Management with a minor in marketing and a love for finance and acquisitions.
As a Certified Business Coach he’s served as a business strategist and growth partner across various industries for the past decade, specializing in sales and marketing. Reed started in the M&A space working in Corporate Private Equity buying businesses for an investment firm where he developed many of the systems and processes we use today. After analyzing thousands of businesses and transactions inside and out throughout his career, he is equipped to help accurately appraise your business, identify untapped value, and implement strategies to significantly increase its worth for a quick and profitable sale, all without requiring increased profits.
Reed is a devoted husband and father to his wife and four children. He enjoys MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts ) and exploring the mountains with his family.
